Pros: Cheaper than full size board, what more do you need than video, sound card.
Cons: intel boards dont come with the best documentaion and instuctions.

Pros: Up to 4GB DDR2 PC5300 667Mhz memory, seems to work well with other hardware.
Cons: Limited PCI upgrades due to slots, Temperature issues and/or Intel software issue.
