Pros: 'Seems' a well specified board, 6 SATA connections, (why I bought it)
Cons: Well the jury is still out, lets see if it works when finished.

Full Review
After reading several web based reviews on Intel's own goal regarding the setting up of a raid on this motherboard (I had already purchased the MB) I also decided to contact Intel 'techy-bod' support. After 3 days I received the following reply (perhaps it took them this long to scratch their heads)
""Hello Nick,
Thank you for contacting Intel(R) Technical Support.
In regards to this situation, please be aware that due to an operating system limitation, F6 (RAID) drivers can only be loaded from a floppy disk. In the case of the Intel(R) Desktop Board DP35DP, an external USB floppy drive needs to be used.
You can contact Microsoft* for a compatibility list of floppy drives that are correctly detected by Windows* XP.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need further assistance.
Sincerely,
Paul C.
Intel(R) Technical Support""
I have managed to purchase a USB floppy off ebay for £3.00 plus postage, but as yet I have not had time to finish the construction of the system.
