Pros: Cheap
Cons: Unstable (I guess you get what you pay for.)
Bottom Line: Stay away. Spend the extra money for Intel boards.

Pros: Great performance, relatively small size, on-board sound is decent, inexpensive.
Cons: Highly unstable, with frequent random system lock-ups.
Bottom Line: Do not buy this product, unless ECS intends to address the instability.
